Hello and welcome!
My name is Olga, and I have a strong passion for all things laundry and everything related to healthy living. After spending countless hours researching all of these things, I figured I had enough information aggregated to share, and this is how my Olga’s Laundry blog came to be.
Some facts about me:
- I am American-born and Canadian-raised, but lived most of my adult life in Russia (and a couple of years in Holland)
- I moved to the US in 2011 and it was the greatest decision I have ever made in my life – I love it here
- I am the proud owner of a Cardigan Corgi, who moved with me from Moscow (17 hours in a crate!)
- I REALLY like food, and prefer to eat as healthy as possible
- On August 17, 2014 I married my very best friend and the love of my life (check out our wedding video here)
- And I also have a soft spot for alpacas!
That’s as close to a real one as I’ve ever gotten – at the Harvard Museum of Natural History
Oh, and as you might’ve noticed, I get really excited about things like healthy living, beauty, finding great deals and of course laundry (check out the Laundry Forums on Gardenweb if you are a fellow laundry nerd).
I firmly believe in sharing personal experience and helping others do product research in that way.
